Your shipment will be delivered as per below timeline for respective orders.

* For all Online Paid & COD Order- 3 to 4 Days post confirmation

Courier receipt will be shared on dispatch of products which can be used for tracking purpose on individual courier company website or call us on 9769007708 for any support

Return Policy

We sincerely request you to not accept the package and mention the damage remark on courier copy at the time of signing courier copy & let the delivery boy know the same. If the package was damaged during travel due to mis-handling, we will re-send it to you once we receive the confirmation from the courier company. We only replace the product in case of the following reasons:

You have received our products in damaged stage and have mentioned damaged remark on courier copy received at the time of delivery.

Refund Policy
In case of the above scenarios where we agree to replace your products, you have the rights to cancel the order and ask for refund. We request you to mail us at info@endeavourfoods.com or call us on 9769007708 to inform us about the same. We will take the necessary steps to refund your amount. Refund could take 10-15 days to get into your account. We would request your cooperation in the same.

Cancellation Policy
After placing an order, you can only cancel the order within (maximum) 3 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will can either send us a mail at info@endeavourfoods.com or call us at 9769007708. If the products have been dispatched, then we would not be able to cancel the order.

Also Endeavour Foods reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

Incase of wrong delivery address maintained at the time of delivery then please inform us through mail at info@endeavourfoods.com immediately. We will try our best to get it updated. However, if a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by you (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Endeavour Foods for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
